The service we provide for our new home clients are as follows:

• Plans can either be emailed, mailed, downloaded from our website, faxed or picked up.  Our friendly Trade Staff are on the road all the time and will collect plans and meet with the client if a more personal touch is required.
• We endeavour to get plans quoted within 2 days and within 24 hours if downloaded from our website.
• We provide an on site measure for final size requirements.
• We have specialised staff that will help with any design, and can offer our expertise in design requirements.
• All our glazing, joinery colours and UV ratings meet with all current building standards.
• We have a 10-year warranty on glass and powder coating. Our aluminium joinery is factory pre-finished in long-lasting electrostatically applied interpon D1010 powder coatings. There is a wide range of colour coatings available.
• All our hardware comes colour matched to chosen joinery with an upgrade available to Satin Chrome.  This will take the hardware from our standard residential range to our architectural range.
• From site measure our manufacturing process has been streamlined so our clients receive the windows when the builders require them.
• Our transport company offers a prompt delivery service, and will make sure that the aluminium is received on time and in excellent condition.
• Once the joinery is installed we provide a Quality Assurance check (QA) as a follow up to make sure that the joinery has met the requirements of our installation processes and to make sure the joinery is in top condition and meets the clients requirements.
